PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — The risk of dry thunderstorms east of the Cascades on Wednesday has increased over the past few days.
The National Weather Service in Pendleton has issued a Red Flag Warning for central Oregon and the Columbia basin for “abundant lightning.” The warning is set to expire at 11 p.m. tonight.
