Summer vibes in Portland before next weather pattern change

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Following a picture-perfect weather day on Saturday across the Pacific Northwest where Portland reached 73 for its daytime high, we’ll continue to see these warmer temperatures and mostly sunny or partly cloudy skies come Sunday.

Much of the I-5 corridor will look to hit 80 degrees for a high on Sunday.

But then a significant change in our weather pattern arrives late Sunday night and into Memorial Day Monday — with a Gulf of Alaska low starting to drop down over our region that will bring in the rainy conditions along with cooler temperatures. Monday also looks to be breezy at times with SW winds of 7-16 mph and gusts up to 28 mph in NW Oregon and SW Washington…
