(WHTM) — Furniture sold in several Northeastern states is being recalled after dozens of incidents, including cases of fires starting.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says that approximately 10,400 Joy Furniture Talan and Royce Collection sofas, loveseats, and recliners sold at Raymour and Flanigan Furniture are affected by the recall.
The furniture has a power switch that can malfunction and overheat, according to the commission.
There have been 41 incidents, including smoking, burning, and electrical odor, as well as two cases that resulted in fire. No injuries have been reported in these cases…
