PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — State and city leaders celebrated the completion of a new affordable housing complex in Providence with a ribbon-cutting Monday.
The Flynn, located at 220 Blackstone St. where the former Flynn Elementary School once stood, now holds 178 total units with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes.
