(WJAR) — A motorcyclist who crashed into outdoor diners on Federal Hill over the weekend is being charged, police said on Friday.
The Providence Police Department said 20-year-old Michael Carnavale drove his motorcycle through traffic barriers and finally crashed into outdoor dining tables during the annual St. Joseph’s Feast.
