We’ll see relief at the coast with the sea breeze, but elsewhere, it’s another day in the low 90s. Humidity will combine with the heat to make it feel like upper 90s.
At those temperatures, it’s best to limit strenuous outdoor work or sports. Keep guzzling cold, (preferably) nonalcoholic beverages too. It’s easy to get dehydrated with dew points near 70.
