A Rhode Island traffic stop that began with a seatbelt violation ended with officers pulling kilogram-sized packages from a hidden compartment inside a rental SUV, eventually recovering 11 kilograms of suspected cocaine along with marijuana products, fentanyl-related items, cash, and several phones.
