NEW: Mulligan’s Island Sold
GoLocal has learned that Mulligan’s Island LLC has entered into an agreement to sell the 64-acre property at 1000 New London Avenue and the operating business to Golf Ranch, “a growing network of technology-enabled driving ranges.”
The transaction is expected to close on Monday, September 21, 2026. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
