EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Thousands of students in East Providence return to the classroom on Wednesday, with a new superintendent at the helm.
Superintendent Dr. Robert Perry told 12 News he is ready to lead the district, while also addressing some challenges.
