PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Rhode Island’s largest health system, Brown Health, has cut an undisclosed number of “senior-level” jobs as the end of its fiscal year draws near, 12 News has learned.
Sharon Torgerson, a spokesperson for Brown Health, said the organization “consolidated leadership responsibilities in several areas as part of ongoing efforts to streamline operations and manage costs.”
“As part of this effort, several senior-level positions were eliminated or consolidated, with responsibilities transitioning to existing roles to maintain appropriate oversight and accountability across the organization,” she said in a statement…
