Hudson Valley braces for heavy rainfall and flooding

MID-HUDSON – Heavy rains are moving into the Hudson Valley Sunday evening with rate of rainfall of one to two inches per hours that can lead to flash flooding especially in urban and poor drainage areas.

We could see total rainfall of two to four inches with localized totals up to five inches, said Governor Kathy Hochul.
