Cherryville, NC (WNN) – As the summer comes to an end, Wise News Network is gearing up for the North Carolina Press Association’s Annual Convention, which will be held in Raleigh on Thursday, September 10, 2026.
WNN has been selected for 12 awards for its coverage during the 2025-2026 year, which includes selected publications between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
Members of the Wisconsin Newspaper Association judged all entries, and WNN will be recognized in the 2026 News, Editorial, Photojournalism & Advertising Contest for the following:
