WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A Raleigh woman was arrested just after midnight Saturday, Aug. 22, after she allegedly crashed into another person and killed them on Carolina Beach Road.
The crash happened right next to Legion Stadium late Friday night. Images captured by WECT crews on scene appeared to show a damaged bicycle in the roadway.
The victim’s identity has not been publicly released yet…
