CLAYTON — Residents can now follow construction and development activity across town through a new online Capital Projects Portal.
The portal — available at town-clayton-nc-projects.cleargov.com/ — consolidates project information into a single, accessible location. Previously, details about town projects were dispersed across multiple sections of the town’s website, making them more difficult to locate.
“We know not everyone speaks the language of engineering or construction,” said Shannon Poole, project controls specialist with the town’s Engineering Department. “This gives people a clear and simple way to understand what’s going on without feeling overwhelmed.”…
