WASHOE COUNTY, Nev. (KOLO) – Washoe County should expect drift smoke from the Elephant Fire in Sierra County to continue to move into the area on Sunday, July 12, particularly in the North Valleys, Cold Springs, Red Rock, Sparks, and Spanish Springs, according to a Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District Facebook post.
