Panattoni Development Co., announced four industrial buildings with build-to-suit or spec for lease, located off North Virginia Street and Red Rock Road.
The Red Rock Commerce Center buildings range from 78,000 square feet to over 1 million square feet, offering a range of space desired on the property featuring ESFR sprinkler systems, LED lighting systems, and ample space for car and trailer parking across all buildings. Site plans can be modified to accommodate specific user needs including yard space if desired. This industrial center is ideally located in North Valleys with easy access to U.S. 395, just 13.2 miles from Reno Tahoe International Airport.
Although the date for breaking ground has not been announced yet, the anticipated build of the center will bring needed new class A warehousing to the North Valleys and improve the City of Reno’s inventory.
