A multi-vehicle crash involving three semi-trucks has shut down multiple travel lanes on Interstate 80 eastbound near North Wells Avenue, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
The call reporting the collision came in shortly after 3:00 p.m. troopers confirmed that the number 1, 2, and 3 travel lanes are currently obstructed. Emergency crews and heavy-duty tow trucks are on the scene working to remove the wreckage, but officials warn that the clearing process is expected to take at least an hour.
