Health officials confirm Hantavirus case in quad-county area

CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) – Health officials in Carson City are confirming a case of Hantavirus in the quad-county area of northern Nevada.

They say that there is no health threat to the public. Carson City Health and Human Services will not be providing additional details about the case to protect confidentiality of medical information.
