BELMONT COUNTY, OH (WTRF) – A Virginia man is facing multiple charges after authorities said he led officers on a pursuit through Belmont County in a stolen vehicle on Tuesday.
According to Richland Township police, officers were dispatched around 12:11 p.m. May 26 to the Lowe’s parking lot after a manager reported a shirtless man with tattoos walking around the store asking people for items and appearing to be under the influence.
