RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Two men were shot in Richmond’s Gilpin Court early Wednesday morning.
At about 12:11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 29, officers with the Richmond Police Department were in the 1000 block of St. James Street working a different call when they heard gunshots.
