‘I’m excited for him’: Richmond mother and son share experience navigating college transition

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — For many college freshmen, going back to school this fall means leaving home and, often times, leaving the state.  With that can come a whole range of emotions to navigate, from joy and excitement to anxiety and even grief.
