RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – On Saturday, hundreds attended 2nd Street Festival in Jackson Ward, an event spotlighting Black-owned businesses, local artists, and Black history in downtown Richmond.
Attendees said the festival serves as a time to highlight Black businesses that people can support.
