RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Richmond neighbors marched through the streets to City Hall, demanding action on bike and pedestrian safety after a deadly start to the year on Richmond roads.
Several dozen people walked from Richmond’s Main Library on East Franklin to City Hall to draw attention to the issue.
