RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Richmond Police Department (RPD) has launched Operation Safe Summer (OSS) to reduce violent crime and improve public safety throughout Richmond.
On Friday, May 22 in apress release, the city of Richmond announced that through a collaborative effort from local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, RPD has launched OSS to improve safety for residents in Richmond.
