Gunfire and screams reported at a San Bernardino apartment led to four arrests, police said Wednesday morning.
Officers were dispatched to the complex after a caller reported hearing a gunshot followed by a woman screaming inside one of the apartment units.
When police arrived, a man was seen exiting the apartment but ran back inside when officers attempted to contact him. The exact location of the apartment building was not disclosed…
