People with disabilities stranded amid heat wave after elevator breaks at South Clinton Avenue complex

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Some residents with disabilities have been stranded outside an 18-floor housing complex on South Clinton Avenue for hours overnight after an elevator broke down, amid a heat wave.
