ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Two roller coasters at Seabreeze Amusement Park were recognized by the American Coaster Enthusiasts for their place in amusement park history.
The organization presented plaques to the park June 27, recognizing The Bobsleds and Jack Rabbit during a post-Coaster Con event.
The Bobsleds was named an ACE Roller Coaster Landmark, a designation given to roller coasters recognized for historical significance, engineering or influence on the amusement industry.
Jack Rabbit, which opened in 1920, received an ACE Centennial Coaster plaque. The ride is considered the oldest continuously operating roller coaster in the United States…
