ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A third person admitted to taking part in a scheme to steal used cooking oil.
Didi Huang, who was wearing a maroon jacket Tuesday, pleaded guilty in federal court to transportation of stolen goods in interstate commerce.
Authorities said he and four other people were part of an operation where the cooking oil was stolen from collection tanks outside of restaurants throughout the Rochester area. It was then sold to a refinery in Pennsylvania…
