BRIGHTON, N.Y. (WROC) — A new eatery is getting ready to open at 1325 Elmwood Avenue in Brighton.
Lot54 will bring breakfast, lunch, and dinner to the historic Lot 54 land parcel at the site of Village Square. The restaurant will also feature event space and catering.
Executive chef Brandon Wiggins is the founder and former owner of Amazing Grains Bakery in Fairport. David Watkins will serve as restaurant operations manager. For years, Watkins led operations at Hicks and McCarthy in Pittsford prior to its closure.
