ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Neighbors on Campbell Street say people have been illegally dumping trash in their neighborhood for three years.
News10NBC’s Declan Stablow found takeout trash, bottles, old clothes and even a full garbage bag lying on the incline leading up to Interstate 490. A full TV was lying at the corner of Campbell Street and Massey Drive. Part of the hill was covered in what looked like toilet paper.
“I burn up inside. Burn up. I just can’t believe that people are so disrespectful and and and they just don’t care. I’m I it kills me. It angers me anger and, I’ll do anything I can to get this cleaned up,” Barbara Jean Indivino said…
