WEBSTER, N.Y. (WROC)— 9/11 remembrances also continued in the town of Webster, with one man honoring the lives lost through a special display.
90-year-old Truman Doran, who lives along Crown Point Dr. in Webster, says he has been planting American flags in his neighborhood for three years now to commemorate the day.
