ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Roadwork in downtown Rochester on Saturday, September 12, will affect traffic, according to the City of Rochester.
On Saturday, a portion of South Avenue between Main Street and Broad Street will be closed for building improvements at the Riverside Convention Center, which will involve a street crane.
Also on Saturday, State Street between East Main Street and Corinthian Street will be reduced to alternating one-way traffic for RG&E infrastructure repair…
