Rochester, N.Y. — Police are investigating two scenes on Rochester’s east side Friday night, with numerous officers and police vehicles responding to both locations.
A large police presence is gathered along East Main Street near Mustard Street, where officers have taped off an area and blocked a portion of the roadway. Evidence markers can also be seen along the sidewalk.
