Rochester’s PAB lays off six members after court ruling

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Six members of Rochester’s Police Accountability Board have been laid off.

According to the PAB, the layoffs were the result of a court ruling last March. The court upheld limitations of the PAB’s authority. The layoffs, they said, needed to happen to preserve their long-term financial stability and organizational alignment.
