MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – All lanes of I-39/90 southbound prior to Racine Street are blocked Thursday morning because of a disabled vehicle, according to Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
WisDOT said the incident happened around 7:25 a.m. on I-39 southbound at WIS 11/E. Racine Street, near Janesville.
511 cameras show several emergency vehicles on the highway.
