ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested a man after reports of property damage at a construction site Sunday night that was later determined to be a burglary.
According to police, officers were dispatched around 9:20 p.m. to the area of the 1400 block of 11th Avenue regarding a burglary.
