ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A 17-year-old is accused of robbing someone Saturday during an online purchase meetup.
The 17-year-old is charged with aggravated robbery, possession of a firearm with no valid FOID, theft, unlawful possession of a firearm and two counts of possession of a firearm without serial number.
