ROCHELLE, Ill. (WTVO) – Ogle County police issued a community alert Saturday after a known gang member stole a vehicle, ran from police, and fled to Rockford.
The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office warned residents in the Rochelle area not to approach the suspect, Jesus Castillo, who has a history of aggravated battery, resisting arrest, and narcotics.
Police said Castillo was wanted for identity theft, stole the vehicle, and ultimately fled on foot from pursuing officers…
