(FOX40.COM) — A Sacramento driver was apprehended by a K9 and officers after officials say they failed to yield for a traffic stop, the Sacramento Police Department announced Sunday.
Officials say that just before 7:10 p.m., an attempt was made to conduct a traffic stop in the area of Monaghan Drive and Valley Hi Drive, with officials citing a traffic violation.
