(FOX40.COM) — A man armed with a knife has been arrested after a standoff with police at a property that caught fire Monday night in south Sacramento, officials said.
Just after 7:45 p.m., officers with the Sacramento Police Department were dispatched to a property in the 20 block of La Fresa Court in the Parkway neighborhood to arrest a suspect with outstanding warrants.
Upon arrival, officers attempted to contact the suspect. At some point, the suspect lit the property on fire and got on the roof, Sacramento police said…
