Plans are moving forward for 119 affordable apartments and 100 single-family homes in South Natomas following the City of Sacramento’s sale of approximately 17 acres of City-owned property.
The site, located at 3625 Fong Ranch Road, was sold for $4 million to Anton Fong Ranch Owners LLC. The proposed development will bring a mix of affordable rental housing and smaller-lot homes for sale to the area.
“This project will provide much needed housing options for families in South Natomas, including affordable apartments and new opportunities for homeownership,” said Vice Mayor Karina Talamantes, who represents the area. “It also supports future improvements to Fong Ranch Park, helping create a community where families can live, grow and thrive.”
