(FOX40.COM) — A vacant building on American River Drive caught fire Friday night, the Sacramento Fire Department said.
According to Sacramento Fire Captain Justin Sylvia, crews arrived at the boarded-up building around 8 p.m.
One firefighter sustained an ankle injury while responding to the fire.
According to the fire department, the cause of the fire is unknown but is “suspicious in nature.”…
