(FOX40.COM) — A Sacramento-based developer will buy more than half of Blue Diamond Growers’ campus in Midtown with plans to transform the area into a mixed-use project.
The company announced Tuesday that it had selected Bardis & Miry Development, LLC, to acquire 35 acres of the site, which sits in northern Midtown just east of 16th Street.
Katherine Bardis-Miry and Bay Miry said in a statement they plan to redevelop the area into 1,000 to 2,000 housing units along with ground-floor retail stores and “community amenities.”…
