Greg Scheller from Mount Olive, IL joined the Real Rock Army today!

Greg loves KSHE 95 because it’s a St. Louis institution. Toasted ravs, The Arch, KSHE, The Cardinals, The Blues, the zoo, The U-Man, and Tom Calhoun. Anyone that visits our town should know of KSHE. Easily part of the Mount Rushmore of St. Louis. At least the background music for those visiting the St. Louis Mount Rushmore.

Greg thinks he should be in the RRA because his kids grew up knowing Roger Daltrey, Roger Waters, and Roger Hodgson– his three kids are KSHE offspring. Greg’s brother is 15 years older than him. As a kid, he looked up to his brother, like most kids do. When Greg was 8 years old, his brother was listening to Supertramp, Foghat, Black Sabbath, Stanley Clarke, Kiss, and all of the KSHE music. Of course, he was hooked at a young age. Thank you, Ron!

Greg’s wife is the grade school and junior high school principal at Mt. Olive School. Their youngest son, Lucas, 19, is in the Army, stationed in Watertown, NY. He’s a huge KSHE fan. Their daughter, Sydnie, 21, is a senior at NC State. She could probably win at any classic music trivia. Their oldest Owen, 24, lives in Mt. Olive. They work together removing nuisance animals in the Macoupin/Madison/Montgomery County area. Moles, raccoons, squirrels, muskrats, beavers, possums, snakes…Any time they travel, KSHE is on. Greg catches possums with his hands. And he once caught a guitar pick from the Kiss guitar tech when he took his son to the Kiss concert for his 13th birthday. Greg is also a substitute teacher that loves The Big Lebowski!…
