City, church named in wrongful death lawsuit filed by husband of May 16 tornado victim

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The husband of a woman killed during the May 16 tornado has filed a wrongful death lawsuit.

Harry Penelton, the husband of Patricia Penelton, filed the lawsuit Wednesday. The suit names the city of St. Louis, the Centennial Christian Church of St. Louis and the church’s insurance company.
