An Eden Prairie man has been charged with felony financial transaction card fraud after authorities say he used cards from a wallet reported missing from a vehicle to buy gift cards and make other purchases at Eden Prairie businesses.
Akram Hassan Dahir, 34, was charged May 29 in Hennepin County District Court. An omnibus hearing is scheduled for July 14.
