Mystery On Wilson Avenue As Two Teens Found Dead Inside St. Paul Home

A quiet stretch of St. Paul was shaken Tuesday afternoon when two teenagers were found dead inside a home on Wilson Avenue, with investigators still trying to figure out what happened.

Officers were called to the 2100 block of Wilson Avenue around 4:37 p.m. and found a 16-year-old girl and an 18-year-old man unresponsive inside the residence. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. As reported by the Pioneer Press, emergency crews did not see any immediate signs of violence.

Investigators and the Ramsey County medical examiner told reporters there were “no signs of foul play or drug use,” and that the cause of death will be determined after autopsy and lab tests, according to the Pioneer Press. Authorities said toxicology and other testing could take days to weeks before a definitive cause is released, leaving a lot of unanswered questions in the meantime.
