ST PAUL, Minn. — Chemical irritants were sprayed at a protest outside the federal courthouse in St. Paul Tuesday afternoon.
The protest was in connection with the U.S. Attorney’s Office announcing new charges against 15 Minnesotans it claimed interfered with immigration enforcement in Minneapolis earlier this year.
