A man was killed and another was injured after a shooting at a St. Paul apartment complex, according to police.
Officers responded to the Lowertown neighborhood just before midnight on Thursday where they found one man with a gunshot wound to the stomach. A second man was found inside the apartment with a gunshot wound to the leg.
The victim who was shot in the stomach was rushed to the hospital but he did not survive…
