A St. Paul man has been charged with three counts of second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of three people inside the leasing office of a St. Paul apartment complex.
Police identified the suspect as Tsegaab A. Binessu, who was arrested by St. Louis County deputies near Virginia, Minnesota, after the July 20 shooting. He was later transported to St. Paul police headquarters.
Officers were called about 4:10 p.m. to the 1500 block of St. Paul Avenue after receiving several reports of gunfire. They found three adults dead in the leasing office and evacuated residents while investigators secured and processed the scene…
